The leak in the entrance hall, the broken lift, the garage door… sorted.

Being president of your building shouldn't be a second job. I handle the building's issues, find and compare suppliers and make sure every repair is done properly.

Who it's for

Support for whoever runs the building

I don't replace your property manager. I take care of the practical side nobody has time for: being there, making calls, comparing and checking.

Presidents

I take the calls, the waiting and the coordination of every breakdown off your plate.

Property managers

Your person on the ground in Madrid for incidents, visits and supervising work.

Self-managed buildings

No property manager, but someone who makes sure the building runs smoothly.

FAQ

Common questions from buildings

Do you replace the property manager?

No. The property manager handles the accounts, meetings and legal side. I take care of the practical side: incidents, suppliers, being on site and supervising work. I can work with your property manager or directly with the president.

Who can request a service?

The president, the property manager or whoever the association authorises. That avoids duplicate or unapproved requests.

Do you work with our usual suppliers?

Yes. If you already have trusted suppliers, I coordinate them. If not, I find and compare options so you can decide.

How are residents kept informed?

I send a summary with photos of each job to the president or property manager and, if needed, prepare a notice for the entrance hall.

Does your building have something pending?

Tell me what's happening and I'll suggest how to solve it.
